Wood Cabinet Refinishing

Restore, restain or re-coat real wood cabinets

Free EstimateGreater Montreal · Mon – Sat

Solid wood cabinets are worth keeping, and they don't have to be painted to look good again. When the clear coat has yellowed, worn through or gone sticky, we can strip the old finish, sand the wood back, restain it in the original tone or a new one, and seal it with a durable clear topcoat — so the grain is still the star. If you'd rather paint wood cabinets, we handle that too, with the grain-filling and tannin-blocking primer that stops oak and cherry from ghosting through.

Our Process

1

Inspect

We identify the wood and the existing finish and recommend restain or paint.

2

Strip & Sand

The old finish comes off and the wood is sanded smooth and even.

3

Stain

Stain is applied and tested for colour before the whole kitchen is done.

4

Seal

A clear protective topcoat is sprayed and cured before reinstallation.
